Blogging for the week of October 26

Hi GEND 200 folks,

A couple of you have written to clarify the blog assignment so I wanted to post here to remind you that your only assignment this week is to complete the Midterm Mapping assignment and post a link to it on your blog.

There are two ways to do this:

1) You can save the google doc in your Google Drive by going to MAKE A COPY under the file menu and then you can type directly on the document.  To get a link to put on your blog, you just go to the blue SHARE button in the top right corner and click where it says Get Shareable Link.  YOu can then paste that right on your blog.

2) You can print the document and fill it out by hand.  Then take a picture of it or scan it and put the image on your blog.

Readings this week...

Hi all,

Please note the assignment in the syllabus this week.  Rather than having you read all of the texts, I have assigned you each to ONE of the readings this week.  Please make sure that you have read carefully and blogged in a very detailed way before you come to class on Monday night.  You will be working in a small group to prepare teach the class about your text, and if you are not prepared, you will be unable to participate.
